Pay online by card or internet banking, or by bank transfer. Your founder number is held for 7 days while you pay. A club membership, not a share in the company. The tier closes and does not reopen. Nobody enrols at that rate again, at any price. Yes. That is the contractual core of the Founder's Tier. Public rates will rise as the Hub opens more of the building — your rate does not move with them. From the day your payment is confirmed: 40% off every surf session and Coastal Safari, 40% off the surf shop, lifetime priority booking, the private channel and a Junior Surf Club surfer sponsored in your name. Free gym and the rest arrive when the building opens. Flex Monthly at ৳4,999 comes to ৳59,988 over a year. Hub Annual is ৳39,999. That is ৳19,989 saved — almost exactly four months of membership. Put simply: on Hub Annual you pay for eight months and get twelve. Yes, and we credit you for it. Anything you pay on Hub Annual in the same calendar year comes off a Founder's enrollment, provided you upgrade before the 150 places are taken. Before 1 January 2030 you can transfer it once, free, to your spouse, child or parent. From 1 January 2030 you can sell it to anyone aged 18 or over, at a price you agree with them. We confirm the buyer within 14 days and charge a ৳10,000 transfer fee. Your founder number, rate and benefits move with it. Join online. You accept the Founders Membership Agreement at checkout, confirm your email and get a payment reference. Pay by card or internet banking through our secure payment gateway, or by bank transfer to the company account. Your founder number is held for 7 days while you pay.
