01Services সেবা
- Surf lessons, Surf Safaris, training and courses are delivered on the date and time you choose at booking. সার্ফ লেসন, সার্ফ সাফারি, ট্রেনিং ও কোর্স বুকিংয়ে বেছে নেওয়া তারিখ ও সময়ে দেওয়া হয়।
- Memberships start on the start date you choose, once payment is confirmed. Your member pass appears in the member app straight away. পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে বেছে নেওয়া শুরুর তারিখ থেকে মেম্বারশিপ শুরু। মেম্বার পাস সঙ্গে সঙ্গে অ্যাপে দেখা যায়।
- Confirmation: you receive a booking reference on screen, by email and on WhatsApp straight after payment. পেমেন্টের পরপরই স্ক্রিনে, ইমেইলে ও হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে বুকিং রেফারেন্স পাবেন।
- Where: Surf Hub, Marine Drive Road, South Kolatoli, Cox's Bazar 4700. Surf Safaris start from the Hub unless your confirmation says otherwise. কোথায়: সার্ফ হাব, মেরিন ড্রাইভ রোড, দক্ষিণ কলাতলী, কক্সবাজার ৪৭০০।
02Products পণ্য
- Collection only: surf wax, fins, apparel and accessories are collected in person at the Hub. We do not ship by courier at this time. শুধু সংগ্রহ: সার্ফ ওয়াক্স, ফিন, পোশাক ও আনুষঙ্গিক হাব থেকে সরাসরি সংগ্রহ করতে হয়। এখন কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো হয় না।
- Ready within 3 working days of payment. In-stock items are usually ready the same day. We confirm on WhatsApp when your order is ready. পেমেন্টের ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রস্তুত। স্টকে থাকা পণ্য সাধারণত একই দিনে। প্রস্তুত হলে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে জানানো হয়।
- Collecting: show your order reference at the front desk during opening hours. Someone else can collect for you with your reference and a message from your registered number. সংগ্রহ: খোলার সময়ে ফ্রন্ট ডেস্কে অর্ডার রেফারেন্স দেখান।
- Not collected: paid orders are held for 30 days. If you cannot collect, tell us and we refund in full. সংগ্রহ না করলে: ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়। সংগ্রহ করতে না পারলে জানান, পুরো টাকা ফেরত।
03Delays দেরি
If we cannot deliver a service on the booked date (for example, the sea is closed for safety) or an order is not ready within 3 working days, we tell you on WhatsApp and you choose a new date or a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. বুক করা তারিখে সেবা দিতে না পারলে বা ৩ কার্যদিবসে অর্ডার প্রস্তুত না হলে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে জানানো হয় এবং আপনি নতুন তারিখ বা পুরো রিফান্ড বেছে নেন।
